Return Policy
We accept returns or exchanges just on items that have NOT been removed from original packaging. Since postage box was opened and you realised received wrong items please report straight away with a picture, (do not remove the plastic or paper wrapping of flowers) we need to see an evidence what product you received in original packaging. We are more than happy to replace your items or to give you a full refund once items are returned.
If there is a quality problem we accept returns no later than 14 days after the the item was delivered. After this date, it is solely within our discretion if a return or exchange will be accepted. Refund of payments are made within 1-3 days after we receive the product back.
